SREBRENICA - 11.07.1995 - NEVER FORGET, NEVER AGAIN!

Why the horror story of Srebrenica still whispers to us with ghostly whisper 14 years from now?
Because it is the biggest mass killing in Europe’s nowadays history, the biggest failure of the UN in keeping civilians and the biggest mistake of the Western world in the terror Bosnian war– a story that should be remembered and never repeated.
A story that calls for seeking punishment for those responsible for committing the worst and most senseless sin- killing innocent people unable to protect themselves … for pleasure.

Srebrenica is a small city in Bosnia. It is also a designation of the biggest massacre in Europe after WW II. Between the days of 11th and 18th of July 1995 over 8000 Bosnian Muslims were killed by the Bosnian Serbian army of Radovan Karadzic, under the commanding of General Ratko Mladic.

Srebrenica and the surrounding villages, such as Potocari, and Kravica were the first area proclaimed safe by the UN Security Council during the war in Bosnia - enclave under the UN protectorate. Blue helmets were present in the area - over 600 men with light weapon. But the army of Radovan Karadzic under the commanding of Ratko Mladic paid no attention to the protected area – day by day, the army surrounds the city and restricts the import of food and humanitarian aid, until people in the enclave start suffering hunger. NATO tries to strike back but stops after reports UN Blue Helmets were kept hostages by the Bosnian Serbian army. In a meanwhile same UN peace forces meant to keep people in the enclave safe, are allowing access of the Serbian army to the enclave. Therefore it is more than easy Karadzic’s army to take over the Srebrenica enclave and starts the so – called ethnic cleansing- in other words, thousands of people were forced to leave their homes running away in horror.
The Srebrenica enclave refugees running split into two groups – the firs one of around 15000 goes through the forest to a near Bosnian army controlled area; the second one of around 25 000 is surrounded by Mladic / Karadzic’s army. The soldiers are terrorizing the people of this group for two long days- slaughtering children and raping women. Many people of the group turn mad and end their lives by hanging themselves. The Bosnian Serbs armies of Karadzic split men from women from the terrorized group and send women to Bosnian Muslim areas near by. Men and boys were taken away by the Bosnian Serbs army in trucks. Some of the men and the boys (many of which around 13 to 15 years old) were immediately shot. The soldiers record the killing! The army takes the rest of them in the forests near Srebrenica with trucks, forcing them to lie on the ground or to stand in a line and shots them cold blooded – it has all been again recorded by the Bosnian Serbian army with cameras - thousands of executions!

In a meanwhile the first group that took the way through the forest to ran away from the Bosnian Serbian army, is surrounded and captured. For three long days they are kept as prisoners, suffering terror, then divided into groups, and shot. Right after the killings, an excavator is called to dig the mass grave.

In the Srebrenica massacre the army of the Bosnian Serbs- the army of Radovan Karadzic under the commanding of Ratko Mladic - kills over 8000 men. The videos taken by the Bosnian Serbian army while killing thousands and thousands of innocent people are still available and their villainous content can be seen clearly showing the soldier’s pleasure of killing – while one shots, the other records, they all laugh and show joy of killing “the enemy” – over 8000 innocent men and boys , all of them civilians, 2000 of them between 14 and 24 years old.
